So this year I decided on a joint birthday party for the girls.   Since my girls are both really into art--we went with an art theme.   We had soooooooo much fun.    Here are the details. This was the invitation: (I made them) I added "paint splotches" on the palette on the front of the invite after they were printed. On the day of the party we had 3 stations--canvas painting, sand art and cup creation station.    Here they are--2 were inside, sand was outside.... I also had a bucket at the front door full of aprons for the kiddos when they came in... aprons, suckers, cups, sand art--all from oriental trading company. straws from.. cupcake social the cupcakes are from GiGi's cupcakes---the best cupcakes ever We had super cute cookies from  just crumbs  .....but I  don't have a picture. (ahhhh) they were so cute, paint brushes and paint palettes.  And they tasted awesome. The water bottle labels were from chicka bug

So it seems like we have been celebrating birthdays for a month now at our house.  Ryane's was first on May 26th.  We celebrated her big day by going to the zoo, playing in the water fountain in herman park, dinner at star pizza and cupcakes at home.   We were all worn out. The pics loaded out of order, but here are a few from her big day.....  roaring at the lions..... me doing the photographer thing and getting a really cool shot.....love this one.   They were checking out a turtle--promise it wasn't posed, but I love it.. Merry go round with Daddy..... Next was the double birthday party---so much fun and so many pictures---that party will be getting a post of its own later this week. Then on the 7th we celebrated Rheagan's 6th birthday.   I just can't believe she is already 6.  We celebrated her big day with My BFF and her kiddos---we went to pump it up, had lunch, went swimming, went to Chucky Cheese and had our firs

Field day--Rheagan had her first official school field day.  Of course she loved it.   Rhea and her buddies at school.... Back to the Ranch.... back for a little visit.  Time to pick "taters".   My girls love the ranch.  They never want to leave, and I don't blame them.  It is one of my favorite places to be too.   Rheagan helped dig potatoes, feed the cows cabbage (one even took it from her hand) and went for a little swim with cousin Mia.   The corn we planted is getting really tall, we will be back to pick corn really soon---can't wait!!! Then to Alto for a visit---Nano's birthday.  While in alto we caught a little Jacket baseball.  Go Jaylan and Issac!!!  Woohoo. We have been swimming every chance we get---that's what we do during the sum
