Super Bowl Sunday......OK, I'm in....

Well, if the Texans were in the superbowl I'de be totally into the game.  Otherwise, I'm watching for the commercials and for the halftime show.  MADONNA!!!!!! The best halftime show ever!!!!!  Loved it....I hope Madonna tours again and comes to Texas---I was at her last Houston show and it was amazing.

Anyway....this was an amazing weekend.   Nammy came and picked up the girls on saturday.  Clutch and I went to dinner then came home and were in bed by 8:30----yup we are super exciting these days.   We slept in till 8:30 then finished cleaning up the house.  Tonight we had a few of our favorites over for dinner.  The tinos, chelsi and neaner, and bubba and tara.    It was a great night.

In other news....we made a huge decision this weekend....we are NOT moving.   WHAT... I know this might come as a surprise for some of you....yes, we were thinking of moving.  But as of this weekend we are going to renovate our house this summer and stay here for at least a few more years.   We love our patio, we love our floor plan and quite frankly we just don't have the time right now for buying a house, selling a house and moving---and we are excited about that.   We are thinking about renovating the 2 bathrooms, new countertops, new carpet, renovating the fireplace and painting the house.  We are also planning to do some landscaping in the backyard and we are also redoing Ryane's room.  It will be a busy summer but I am so excited.  It's time for an update.  Of course I'll post before and after pics.   I can't wait to start looking for ideas...

To my sweet baby girl--can't believe you just turned 6. This is OUR Life....

In January last year I started a photo project called For the Love.....30 days of photos, 1 photo each day, all black and white.     I love all of the images I got and promised myself I would do them every January, every year.   I actually had an album made from last year's images.   I LOVE IT....  This January, I started out on my FTL project but only got about 4 days in before I decided it wasn't going to work....We had so much rain in January and in February that I had a really hard time getting images.   Plus, with daylight savings time and cloudy skies in the afternoon I had no chance of getting any good light for pictures once I got home from work.    So this year I am changing up my FTL project a little.   I am going to wait and start this project in June---when I am home and can really spend some time on it.  I think I will also mix in some color images.....haven't decided yet....guess we will see in June. What Summer Looks Like.....

So, I've got tons of pictures on my computer from the last few weeks.  Quick post, so I can get these pics up and get on to my post about our vacation---Here is what Summer looks like around the Schneider house. 1. We go to the Children's Museum 2. We Hang Out With Chelsi 3. We Take Naps 4. We paint!!!  (and remodel...pics coming I promise, I just haven't finished decorating after all the mess) 5. We take baths in the pool 6. We Go Out in PawPaw's Boat and yes she is sitting in the cooler--it was full of water so the girls were playing in it.   7. WE PLAY ALOT!!!!!! Today the girls got really quiet so I went to check on them in the playroom.  This is what I found......
